DELIVERY POLICY
- At Beam Marketplace ( Available in Google Play & App Store ) , we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
- Buyers can return products for the following reasons:
- 2.1 Did not receive the order (e.g. parcel/postal lost in transit)
- 2.2 Received an incomplete product (e.g. missing parts of product, missing products from order)
- 2.3 Received the wrong product(s) (e.g. different product)
- 2.4 Received a product with physical damage (e.g. dents, scratches, cracks, crease, fold, discoloured)
- 2.5 Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended)
- However, Line item 2.4 from above does not apply to the postal section items to which no return will be entitled to this.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURES AND REFUND
- In the event that you need to contact us regarding a product defect, please contact our Customer Support team with the necessary details Within 7 WORKING DAYS of receiving your order. If the defect is due to 5 line items above, we will have a replacement order made. Beam will not be held responsible for defect reports later than the given duration.
- IMPORTANT: Beam is not responsible for any consumer-generated mistakes, errors, or defects that include but are not exclusive to spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, dark images, and poor image quality from low resolution images, order quantity, wrong address or other ordering errors. Please be sure to check your cart carefully before placing your order.
- Send an email to info@letsbeam.it. You have to include the following details in the email:
- 6.1 Order number
- 6.2 Product number
- 6.3 Photo of the damaged item (as proof of damage)
- 6.4 Reason for refunds/exchanges
WE WILL ONLY ALLOW REFUNDS FOR:
- Delivery Discrepancies
- Failure of our third-party logistics partner to fulfil the order
- Order is cancelled due to extenuating factors from Beam (e.g. peak periods)
- Incorrect Order Quantity
- There are missing items in the order
- Once we have received your request for the replacement, we shall contact you within 5 business days for further instructions. All returned items must be shipped in their ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION, UNUSED, with ALL TAGS ATTACHED, and sent to respective address as specified in our reply mail
- You will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us and also the redelivery charges for the new exchange item. However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you, ALL at our expense. Replacement for returned items will be made within 14 working days of the return of the product.
